What kind of judge gives custody to the mother's father, who she has had no relationship with since her parents divorce and who she did not allow her children to be around (except her ex would take them there to irritate her) and who abused her as a child.
If CF is ready to be a "parent", then she should not have married someone old enought to be her father (freaky) and had her "own" children.
This is the same judge who made you drive all the way from Meherrin every other week to take your children to Powhatan Schools (when they were enrolled in Prince Edward) because he said Powhatan Schools were "better".
This is the same judge who made you be under foster care watch but not your conviced felon ex-husband and who has also tested positive for drugs in his system more than once. This judge has dogged you from the beginning.
Just because your father has more money than you and his 20 year younger wife has a "degree", but does not have children of her own, I guess that is grounds for removing someone's children - interesting.
Isn't it funny how your father (well biological anyway) did not file for custody of the children until the day he was convicted?
Isn't it funny that Jody never spoke to anyone on your behalf before court, but she sure talked to your father, a lot from what I hear. Oh that's right, were all liars (well at least that's what Jody said in court). I say to her - you are the liar.
What do Judge Dunkum and Jody really know about your dad - my guess is nothing.

Also, if you were so bad why remove two children and not the other. If you are so bad why wasn't she put in foster care. Judge Dunkum and Jody split the children up. That's weird and no standard visitation. I was told there was no way you were not entitled to standard visitation.
I guess they just did not want to go to Amelia, then Jody wouldn't have Judge Dunkum and Bobby wouldn't either. Maybe they should be called Team Dunkum or Team Fariss, either one. Jody - it looks like you talked to or believed all the wrong people.
There is a lot I want to say about JP, but I was avised to wait until court but it is all going to come out.
Oh Steph, don't forget about that Independent Review I told you about.
Hang in there girl. Just remember yours boys love you, and Jody and Judge Dunkum and your "bio dad" can never change that.

Oh I thought you might like to know LC had to be removed from Cumberland County Public Schools by the Sheriff's Department, that her neighbour got a restraining order against her and make sure you ask her what happened at Chesterfield County Public Schools. I believe you like to talk about making bad decisions. Just thought you might like to know.
Also I think the Prince Edward County Superintendent might like to know that you and Judge Dunkum made a single mother, who had her children enrolled in Prince Edward County Public Schools,pull them out of Prince Edward County Public Schools, drive 60 miles one way to Powhatan Public Schools, had to get children up at6:00 a.m., because you'll thought "Powhatan" schools were better. This made her only be able to work 4 hours a day. That sounds like a bad decision to me.
Steph and JP have been railroaded. You blame everything on JP. He has not done anything and believe me the truth is going to come out and when it does, there will be a whole blog just on that and I cannot wait because I do not like people talking about my children when they don't have a clue what they are talking about, which is very obvious to everyone else.
I love my children with all my heart and soul and I consider Steph one of my own and I will defend them until the day I die because the system has performed a huge misjustice, not just to them, but to her children who miss their mother so much.
