Stephanie is a wonderful mother who loves her children with all her heart and soul. She would lay down and die for them without hesitation. Her children are well mannered and well behaved, normal children. She has had to fight for them with her ex and her father since they were born. She does not do drugs or alcohol. She does not abuse them. If anything, she is overprotective of them. She celebrates and makes all the holidays special for them. She makes their birthdays very special. They have not done without food or shelter. They have not done without anything. She takes them fishing, rollerskating, bowling, and numerous activiites. I could go on and on. She takes them to church. They are here children - she gave birth to them.
Did Jody speak to their teachers, coaches, Sunday school pastor - definitely not. What was she afraid of. My guess is the truth.
What character references did you get for Stephanie's biological father? I'm sure none. His wife has a degree but he did not graduate from high school. I asked that's what she based it on.
Oh yea, she likes to accuse people of things and when she talks to the children, she says they are "record players". Just like I said if you don't say what she wants you to say or try to clarify something, then you are a liar or a record player.
Stephanie - you are their mother and your bio dad cannot ever take that away from you.
The children know the truth but they will have to play the game with your bio dad but we know what is in their hearts!!!

ReplyDeleteJody Holyst Fariss and Judge Dunkum gave her children to a man who threatened to kill my son by cutting his throat from ear to ear and watching him bleed out like a hog. I am sure he said it was because my son did something to one of the children. Truth is my son is the scapegoat and is willing to take a lie detector test. Are you'll?
Hey Steph, maybe you could take the tape to Crossroads and get their opinion about it. Don't forget to bring it to ball practice next week. SP wants to hear it.
I think we all know who makes the bad decisions.
Parents beware if you make a "bad decision" Jody and Judge Dunkum might take your kids from you.
Just remember Judges come up for appointment (I will find out when Stephanie) and you have every right to be there. Of course they don't advertise this because they don't want people there voicing their opinions.
I am so glad you have had so many hits on this blog so hopefully this will not happen to someone else because it looks like it has already happened to too many.

A GAL is suppose to be an advocate for the children and yet Jody Holyst Fariss believed everything Bobby said. Did you do any investigation of Bobby - of course not, but you talked to him a lot and believed everything he said Who else did you talk too. What kind of attorney are you anyway. I think one that likes men, especially the ones that try to charm you.
Jody Holyst Fariss took Steph's children away from her and gave them to her bio-dad. Jody Holyst Fariss said it was Steph's fault her children did not have a relationship with their grandfather. Did it ever occur to you that there was a reason for that. So what you are saying is that even if the grandfather was abusive or whatever, you should let them have a relationship. I don't see any law that says children have to have a relationship with their grandparents. Aren't you a lawyer?
How much time do you spend with your children. I heard not much since you work all the time. Is that a bad decision.
