  1. I know I said I wouldn't post anymore, but I changed my mine (I guess that makes me so "mental").

AMEN! That's right Stephanie, don't give up. The truth always comes out at some point. Never underestimate the power of a mother's love and her faith in God.

I wonder who will think what I said is slanderous/mental??

    1. that's because she doesn't want the people who may know her personally to make her look bad she feels she can just get over on the ones she doesn't know that's what you call a SNAKE

  3. Why wound someone be appointed a substitue judge in the same district where they are a practicing attorney and where that person is getting the majority of GAL cases?

Sounds like that would be a lot of conflict of interest. Oh that's right, that doesn't apply in PE courts.

Soon, I will post the exact number of GAL cases appointed to this particular GAL compared to the others (per the Supreme Court).

I think a lot of people will be surprised. This will be for the last two years. Stay tuned!!

  4. Check out Kate Olp's story on MoveOn.org

I've heard people say, well if a judge makes a decision, it has to be right. Well, there are many stories out there about judges not making the right decisions. Maybe you need to start a petition (once everything has been exposed for what it really is.)

  5. Per the Virginia Judicial Review Commission, a substitute judge is not normally appointed to the jurisdiction where they are a practicing attorney.

I would think that would cause of a lot of conflict of interest, especially when they are getting just about all of the GAL cases.

Does something not sound right to you?
