Stephanie, did you see on Jody's facebook that she is friends with "Head Whore Killer", that is what the girl goes by!
ReplyDeleteI see Cheryl comes from a broken home so you would think she would have a little bit of sense in all of this. One thing THEY can never change and that is that they are your children and they are really going to resent them (all of them) for taking them away from you. Jody cannot stand it because you stand up to her, she is use to people being afraid of her (lol). If you don't say what Jody wants you to say, then you are automatically a liar. I think you should call the clerk of the court and see if it is public information how much the GALs get paid on each case and what judges appoint who most of the time. Jody doesn't care about the kids, all Jody cares about is herself. She didn't do anything she was suppose to, but I'm quite sure she got paid good for it. Just remember what goes around comes around!! Farmville court is a CIRCUS!! Did you see Dr. Drew this morning, it was about corrupt judges, attorneys, court personnel, etc. It goes on everyday. Did Bobby even graduate from high school? Does he have any relationship with any of his family?? I know how you said he treated his father. Good job, Jody!!!
ReplyDeleteAs you can see in all these cases, they were given services to help them get their children back and visitation was also required. They were also given more than one chance to get things straight. As I read these, it sounds like (who really knows between social services and Jody Holyst Fariss) that these were deplorable conditions, none of which you had and yet you were offered nothing. There are plenty more, I couldn't list all of them. I would definitely take this to the Court of Appeals. SOMETHING JUST DOES NOT SMELL RIGHT HERE. You need to call your attorney and show him these cases. THey are on the internet.
ReplyDeleteKW versus Prince Edward Social Services
PEDSS offered the parents a number of services, including referrals and funding for anger management and parenting classes. PEDSS referred J.D. to a developmental group for evaluation and services, which included in-home work with the parents. They offered a cleaning service to the family and provided assistance with restoring electrical service to the home.
J.D. was returned to foster care on June 10, 2010 after being back in
PEDSS prepared a new foster care plan containing the same goals and services for the parents that were in the first foster care plan. The plan provided that the parents were to participate in marriage counseling. Mother was to participate in anger management classes. Both parents were to coordinate visits with J.D. and to maintain contact with PEDSS. In addition, the parents were to find adequate housing.
The parents separated, and mother moved out of the motel. Kimberly Allen, a social worker
At one point PEDSS found an appropriate apartment for father and offered to pay a security deposit and the first month’s rent for him
The parent or parents, without good cause, have been unwilling or unable within a reasonable period of time not to exceed twelve months from the date the child was placed in foster care to remedy substantially the conditions which led to or required continuation of the child’s foster care placement, notwithstanding the reasonable and appropriate efforts of social, medical, mental health or other rehabilitative agencies to such end.
In determining what is in the best interests of a child, this Court has stated:
JC versus Prince Edward Social Services
the Department filed a petition for approval of the entrustment agreement and an initial foster care plan. The Department wanted father to participate in and complete a psychological evaluation and follow through with the psychologist's recommendations. The Department also required father to obtain and maintain appropriate and clean housing. Father was required to go to parenting classes, cooperate with the Department, and regularly visit with the child. Father did not follow any of the Department's recommendations, which was why the Department sought approval of the entrustment agreement.
NJS versus PE SOCIAL SERVICES
During the time the child was in the Schlosbergs' custody, NH failed to complete
psychological evaluations and testing, failed to remedy the unsanitary condition of her residence,
failed to attend parenting classes, and refused in-home services.
