  1. Wow Steph, your children were not abused or neglected. What exactly did you lose them for. Oh that's right, because Jody must really like Bobby a lot and must believe all of his lies. If you read below, none of that applies to you. Everybody knows your childrens' physical and mental conditions were just great, well now they probably aren't. Were you offered any type of services, of course not, because you did not need any. There is NO JUSTICE. Way to go DUNKUM/FARISS.

Under Code § 16.1-283(B), the parent of an abused or neglected child may have his or her
parental rights terminated if the court finds by clear and convincing evidence that termination is in
the best interests of the child and that:
    1. The neglect or abuse suffered by such child presented a serious
and substantial threat to his life, health or development; and
    2. It is not reasonably likely that the conditions which resulted in
such neglect or abuse can be substantially corrected or eliminated
so as to allow the child’s safe return to his parent or parents within
a reasonable period of time. In making this determination, the
court shall take into consideration the efforts made to rehabilitate
the parent or parents by any public or private social, medical,
mental health or other rehabilitative agencies prior to the child’s
    initial placement in foster care.

In deciding what is in the best interests of a child, we have
    stated:
a court must evaluate and consider many factors, including the age
and physical and mental condition of the child or children; the age
and physical and mental condition of the parents; the relationship
existing between each parent and each child; the needs of the child
or children; the role which each parent has played, and will play in
the future, in the upbringing and care of the child or children; and
such other factors as are necessary in determining the best interests
    of the child or children.

  2. Jody/Dunkum - and why did you take Steph's kids again? Stephanie I think it is GREIVANCE time!!!!!! Neglect/abuse - do you'll know the definitions of those two words? No standard visitation - wow this is crazy. Steph, maybe you can sue them for the damage YOUR boys have suffered at the hands of your bio-dad and his licensed professional wife (who by the way has no children of her own, but knows how to take care of YOURS).

  4. Did you know that Judge Dunkum and Jody Holyst Fariss will take your children from you if you have made what they consider "bad decisions" in your life (no neglect or abuse), but they will turn around give them to someone who has made even worse "bad decisions" in their life. They promote parent alienation. If you get them BEWARE. Isn't that crazy!!

  5. Jody, aren't you suppose to be the attorney for the children. So you didn't care who they were going to, just that they weren't with their mother who they love and adore and took great care of them. You just badgered Steph during court and didn't do any background check on Bobby. Oh that's right, everybody for Steph was lying except he blatantly lied in court. Oh yea, that's okay though. And, where was the abuse and neglect? Oh that's right, THERE WAS NONE.
